- Develop, schedule, and control preventive and predictive maintenance plans, inspection schedules, and technical documentation.
- Control maintenance records, maintenance needs, and outstanding services to ensure service traceability.
- Manage and review the lubrication plan and prepare technical equipment-maintenance reports.
- Specify parts and third-party services and request quotations.
- Manage compliance with regulatory standards, including NR10, NR35, and NR13.
- Plan and control the resources required for each service, including labor, parts, and execution time.
- Prevent and respond promptly and effectively to activities that could involve intentional product contamination or intentional harm to the organization’s or customers’ image (Food Defense).
