Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, sales/customer success leadership, or PMM.
  • Over 2 years of experience leading a high-performance team.
  • Deep expertise in sales strategy/process/workflow, enablement, and change management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales) or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
  • Build and hone a high performing team for revenue enablement across AMER.
  • Use data-driven insights to discover business gaps, opportunities, and mold strategy and priorities of the AMER business.
  • Collaborate with the AMER General Manager to drive the enablement roadmap for the region.
  • Work with the Global Field Readiness Programs team on significant enablement initiatives.
  • Shape AMER's enablement strategy, organizational structure, and roadmap.
