You provide direction to our Field Readiness team in AMER, directly reporting to the Head of Global Field Readiness. In this role, your voice resonates loudly within Asana’s AMER leadership team, impacting our go-to-market strategy and empowering future high-performing teams to reach their potential. This role is based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What You’ll Achieve
- As an avid leader, you build and hone a high performing team, encouraging them to be the trusted partners who successfully drive revenue enablement across AMER.
- As a valued contributor to the AMER Revenue Leadership team, you use data-driven insights to discover business gaps, discover opportunities, and mold the strategy and priorities of the AMER business.
- Collaborate with the AMER General Manager to co-envision and drive the enablement roadmap for the region.
- Work hand in glove with the Global Field Readiness Programs team on significant enablement initiatives, making sure programs are in accord with the needs of the AMER revenue business and incorporate the voice of the field.
- As an integral member of the Enablement Leadership team, you play a vital role in shaping AMER’s enablement strategy, organizational structure, and roadmap.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, sales/customer success leadership, or PMM.
- A seasoned leader with over 2 years of experience leading a high-performance team.
- You are an inspirational coach skilled in building strong relationships with both executive stakeholders and revenue partners.
- You bring deep expertise in sales strategy/process/workflow, enablement, and change management.
- Driven by results, your laser-like focus tracks the impact of enablement through metrics that align with our business objectives.
- You carry a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales) or equivalent work experience.

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we’re committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $207,000 - $263,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
