Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in arbitration hearings by presenting evidence and arguing cases.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on arbitration laws, precedents, and relevant case studies.
  • Provide legal analysis and recommendations to support arbitration strategies.
  • Prepare legal documents, including statements of claim, defence, counterclaims, and legal briefs for arbitration cases.
  • Prepare, review, and file documents accurately within specified deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and experts to gather information and evidence for arbitration cases.
  • Coordinate with external legal partners on arbitration matters.
  • Explore alternative dispute resolution methods and negotiate settlements when applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with arbitration laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide legal support to other departments on arbitration-related matters.
