Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Automation Lead Engineer with a strong track record of building and implementing automation frameworks.
  • Expertise in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor QA engineers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks across various testing layers (UI, API, database).
  • Create and execute a long-term test automation strategy aligned with the overall product roadmap.
  • Mentor and guide the QA team in adopting automation best practices, providing technical leadership and support.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new automation tools and technologies to enhance test efficiency.
  • Work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Identify test automation opportunities, analyze test coverage, and optimize test suites for maximum efficiency.
  • Contribute to performance testing efforts by developing automation scripts and analyzing results.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the QA team through training and documentation.
