- Availability to work onsite at Itaim Bibi in São Paulo.
- Ensure hiring processes are correctly configured and comply with current legislation and each customer's specific requirements.
- Ensure correct application of legal rules in vacation processes, assess varied scenarios, and handle exceptions when necessary.
- Validate termination calculations to ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and correct interpretation of complex cases.
- Monitor and ensure payroll closing, confirming automated workflows run correctly and identifying and addressing deviations.
- Ensure correct calculation and submission of labor charges and mandatory declarations through technical validation and resolution of inconsistencies.
- Coordinate and ensure delivery of annual obligations, such as DIRF and employer contributions.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers by providing consultative support, answering labor-law questions, and offering specialized guidance.
