- Coordinate speakers, partners, key opinion leaders, and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth event execution before, during, and after events.
- Prepare event recap reports and performance summaries.
- Track progress of internal projects across departments.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Organise documentation, timelines, standard operating procedures, and project trackers.
- Support cross-functional communication between teams.
- Support collaboration campaigns with corporate partners.
- Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Follow up with external stakeholders professionally.
- Assist with campaign execution and reporting.
- Assist with ad hoc operational projects.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Help organise internal systems and workflow tracking.
- Coordinate with clinic and operations teams when required.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion or similar is a plus.
- Good English communication is preferred.
- Interest in wellness, healthcare, media, or startup environments.
