Requirements
  • Currently preparing a BTS Gestion de la PME (GPME).
  • Have a validated Baccalauréat or equivalent level.
  • Have a good command of office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Have strong writing skills and accurate spelling.
  • Be able to organize work and manage priorities.
  • Be comfortable working with figures and tracking tools.
  • Be able to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Be rigorous when handling confidential information.
Responsibilities
  • Handle telephone reception and process routine requests.
  • Participate in the administrative management of client, supplier, and service-provider files.
  • Update databases, dashboards, and tracking tools.
  • Contribute to monitoring orders, quotations, invoices, and simple follow-ups.
  • Support the logistical organization of meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Participate in filing, archiving, and ensuring the proper circulation of documents.
  • Provide first-level coordination between different internal departments.
  • Prepare simple reports on activity and management indicators.
  • Contribute to monitoring stocks or material needs according to the business activity.
  • Participate in improving everyday administrative procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • A first experience through an internship, student job, or administrative project is a plus.
