About the company

Tulea Health partners with health systems to establish freestanding ambulatory infusion centers that are owned by the health systems themselves. Tulea Health facilitates the setup and integration of these infusion centers with the system’s existing infrastructure, enabling health systems to retain and grow patient volume by offering a consistent, comfortable, and convenient care experience for infusion services. Unlike stand-alone for-profit infusion providers, Tulea Health’s model focuses on collaboration with health systems to strengthen their chronic care strategy and service delivery rather than competing for patients. The company’s goal is to help health systems optimize their ambulatory infusion programs, improve patient access and experience, and expand their presence in the infusion market by delivering integrated, system-aligned care.

What believers are saying

  • Baltimore hiring in September 2026 signals active expansion beyond one market.
  • Revenue cycle and pharmacy leadership roles show a real operating platform, not a concept.
  • Maverick-backed funding reached $10 million by October 2025, supporting multi-site rollout.

What critics are saying

  • Only eight employees in 2025 leaves execution dangerously concentrated.
  • Tulea Health takes financial risk; one bad center can destroy margins.
  • If reimbursement or partner signings stall, the company becomes unfinanceable by 2027.

What makes Tulea Health unique

  • Health systems own the centers, keeping branding and referrals inside the hospital network.
  • Tulea Health takes operating risk while building ambulatory infusion centers for partners.
  • Its model targets lower-cost site-of-care shifts, not consumer-facing infusion clinics.
