Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in an enablement or training role
  • 3+ years in a Customer Success / Account Management role in a SaaS organization
  • Strong understanding of post-sales processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to uncover business problems, build and align on a strategy, and then execute the strategy
  • Passion for creating engaging learning experiences in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of SaaS sales and customer success motions and processes
  • Experience with Enablement Platforms (Seismic, Highspot, Workramp, Mindtickle, Articulate Rise, Vyond) is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver effective enablement programs and training
  • Partner with Customer Team Leaders to build a plan and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Manage projects from conception through execution
  • Design and develop learning materials for face-to-face and virtual sessions
  • Measure the impact of enablement programs and optimize based on data and feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in messaging and approach
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends in sales enablement
