Responsibilities
  • Coordinate room set-ups for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Communicate event requirements with operational teams and ensure everything is in place before guests arrive.
  • Welcome guests throughout events, respond to requests, and ensure a high standard of service is delivered.
  • Support the wider Food and Beverage team across outlets when no meetings or events are taking place, including waitering as needed.
