Responsibilities

Lead the production team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost-reduction goals by utilizing operators’ skills and capabilities and process equipment.
Create a 6S-based culture to help the plant become an “Amazing Plant.”
Lead the Liquid Filter Production Cell to become a great place to work.
Build a safe manufacturing shop floor and processes.
Reduce quality complaints and issues.
Develop and grow employees.
Build effective relationships with related functions and customers globally.
Improve the profitability of the Liquid Filter Production Cell.
Demonstrate leadership behaviors that team members respect.
Deliver performance aligned with company, divisional, plant, and filtration cell goals while adhering to PACE values: people, teamwork, accountability, creativity, and dedication to excellence.
