- Conduct training sessions for project personnel regarding labor compliance regulations and best practices.
- Work with project managers, human resources teams, and contractors to address labor compliance issues and provide guidance on corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections related to labor compliance, ensuring that project activities are accurately documented.
- Identify potential labor compliance issues proactively and collaborate with the project team to develop effective solutions.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance labor compliance on projects.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and address labor compliance inquiries.
