Requirements
  • You have a high willingness to learn, are open to new topics, and enjoy developing your professional expertise.
  • You work well in a team and communicate confidently when collaborating with business departments.
  • You have solid knowledge of the mainframe environment; experience with Automic Workload Automation (UC4) is desirable.
  • You are familiar with JCL, z/OS, DB2, and AR/CTL.
  • You are flexible and willing to work occasionally outside regular working hours.
  • You have very good German language skills.
Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for creating and redesigning jobs and workflows in a complex IT environment.
  • You develop and maintain automated processes and scripts for various systems, including z/OS and Automic Script.
  • You monitor and share responsibility for operating the Automic Automation production environment and z/OS mainframe controlling.
  • You perform error analysis and correction and quality assurance across all production platforms.
  • You adapt existing processes to business-department requirements and ensure efficient implementation.
  • You document IT processes and ensure their execution on schedule and within deadlines.
  • You support projects and migrations in the area of IT automation.
  • If interested, you may also take on administrative tasks, such as connecting other systems and developing programs for system monitoring and optimization using Java or REST API.
