Requirements

Must be able to manage warehouse functions including Inward, Putaway, Picking, Outbound and Inventory for Mondelez Distribution Center
Experience in unloading SKUs batchwise and ensuring timely Goods Receipt and Putaway
Ability to ensure batch wise FIFO/FEFO picking and dispatches
Plan required manpower in line with volume fluctuations; manage 30 plus staff independently with teamwork
Responsible for Stock Accuracy and batch accuracy
Ability to analyze and close all inventory related issues timely
Ensure good hygiene in cold and dry storage areas
Timely redressal of customer and depot queries
Collect all Proof of Deliveries and ensure to complete Actual Cost Collection of previous month before 10th of current month
Must not compromise on safety of employees and premises; timely escalations to Management on non-compliances
Taking care of Goods in Transit for timely Goods Receipt Notes at stores and Regional Distribution centers
Analysis of Stores and Regional Distribution centers complaints and solving within defined timelines
Stock transfers from location to location (Distribution Center to Distribution Center) based on need
Zone/location finalization along with customer

Responsibilities

Unload SKUs batchwise and ensure timely Goods Receipt and Putaway
Maintain accurate batch wise FIFO/FEFO picking and dispatches
Plan and allocate manpower in line with volume fluctuations and supervise 30 plus staff
Maintain stock and batch accuracy; ensure inventory integrity
Investigate and resolve inventory related issues in a timely manner
Maintain hygiene standards in cold and dry storage areas
Address customer and depot queries promptly and accurately
Collect Proof of Deliveries and ensure timely ACC collection of previous month before 10th of current month
Ensure safety of employees and premises; escalate non-compliances to management as required
Manage Goods in Transit for timely Goods Receipt Notes at stores and RDs
Analyze Stores and RDs complaints and resolve within defined timelines
Manage stock transfers DC to DC based on need
Finalize zones/locations in coordination with customer

Desired Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations for food products (FMCG)
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software
Proficiency in forecasting and manpower planning
Experience with cold storage handling and hygiene compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with sales, logistics, and customer service

Responsible for all warehouse functions of Inward, Putaway, Picking, Outbound and Inventory of Mondelez DC
