The Internship
We are currently accepting applications for an AI Summer Intern for the Summer of 2025. The primary responsibility of this internship is to support the exploration and integration of artificial intelligence technologies that will drive innovation and growth across our organization. You will thrive in this role if you are an analytical thinker with a strong technical background, a passion for AI, and a desire to understand how AI can solve real-world business problems.
Individuals selected for our Internship Program will actively contribute to our company’s growth while benefiting from hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. Our internship program is based five days a week in the Seaport District of Boston. Throughout the summer, interns will work on impactful projects that directly influence our brand’s progress. Additionally, interns will engage in a collaborative group project, playing a key role in driving significant advancements within a specific area of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Research and Exploration: Conduct research on AI technologies, tools, and trends to explore how they can be applied within our organization. Identify new AI use cases and potential opportunities for automating processes or enhancing decision-making.
- AI Integration and Implementation: Support teams in implementing AI-driven solutions across different areas of the business, from operations and marketing to product innovation. Contribute to the planning and rollout of AI technologies, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Develop AI Use Cases: Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and define practical AI applications, helping us optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and drive growth through AI initiatives.
- Ethical AI Use: Research and provide recommendations on best practices for responsible AI implementation, considering ethical implications and the potential impact on both the business and consumers.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner with various teams to ensure clear communication about AI initiatives. Simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring AI solutions are understood and adopted throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution, ideally in a technical field such as computer science, data science, or engineering. This opportunity is open to all undergraduate students, from first-year students to seniors.
- Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
- Strong technical skills, particularly in data analysis and AI tools. Experience with machine learning models or programming languages is a plus!
- A deep curiosity and passion for AI, with a willingness to explore new technologies and solve complex problems.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, human-friendly way for non-technical stakeholders.
- A performance-focused, results-oriented approach - you will need a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results.
