DLA Piper advised a syndicate of financing entities in providing funding to the Seville-based company Persán, S.A. for its acquisition of Mibelle from Migros. This acquisition marks a significant step in Persán's expansion plan, increasing its workforce to over 3,000 employees. Mibelle Group operates in Switzerland, France, the UK, and the US.
