As a Specialist, Partnerships for Essential Worship, you will get to work with a massive roster of artists & writers, and an even larger catalog of songs to build and execute creative marketing campaigns with our business partners. This role focuses heavily on building strong relationships, developing creative ways to gain exposure for our music across platforms, and serving our artists, writers, and partners well in the worship space.

What you’ll do:

• Role model SMG’s Global People Promise, Values and Behaviors in all that you do, helping to drive a sustainable high-performance culture within our business
• Lead & build relationships between Essential Worship and both church partners including CCLI, MultiTracks, Loop Community, PraiseCharts, as well as marketing partners
• Communicate & deliver of release schedules, assets, marketing information, images, artist info, and more to key partners
• Create & implement marketing initiatives in partnership with artists, writers, businesses, and Essential Worship that grow both catalog & frontline songs 
• Track, visualize & share partner data to show performance of songs & campaigns across platforms and identify opportunities for growth
• Identify & pursue new opportunities for creative partnerships with artists, writers, business partners, and more through tour activations, conferences, and other tasks as needed
• Contribute to the culture of innovation on the Essential Worship team

Who you are:

• A self-starter with one to three years of experience working in the music, worship, or related industry (preferred)
• A connector with a proven ability to build partnerships & relationships
• A natural collaborator with a creative and future-oriented mindset
• An adaptable, resilient, and action-oriented change agent
• A data savvy individual with the ability to draw conclusions and tell stories using data
• A music fan with an understanding, knowledge, and passion for worship music and artists
• A continued learner with a knowledge of church partners (CCLI, MultiTracks, Loop Community) preferred
