Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old and have a completed high school diploma or GED.
Graduates or candidates with a degree in progress in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work, or Counseling are sought.
Obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within the first 60 days of employment.
Candidates with experience as paraprofessionals, nannies, babysitters, caregivers, teachers, Montessori guides, coaches, tutors, or camp counselors are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Facilitate one-to-one, naturalistic therapy services in a clinic-based environment.
Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
Follow behavior intervention plans as outlined by the BCBA supervisor.
Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families.
Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
Maintain patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.
Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
Provide one-on-one, play-based applied behavior analysis therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with autism spectrum disorder under BCBA supervision, supporting communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

We have immediate openings for full-time or part-time positions (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm operating hours) and will assist you through the RBT certification process!
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
