Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Customer Success / Account Manager for a complex product / SaaS company
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate with both technical and non-technical profiles
  • Interest and experience in UX Design, e-commerce, analytics, and/or CX optimization

  • Identify and forecast risk and growth opportunities and collaborate with Key Account Managers
  • Proactively engage with clients to showcase additional features, services, and best practices that can further enhance their digital experiences
