Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in revenue operations or system administration in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Experience with other revenue-related systems and tools, such as CPQ, BI Tools, and data management platforms.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.
  • Salesforce Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer revenue systems, including Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user adoption.
  • Implementation and maintenance of Salesforce customizations including CPQ configuration, custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue processes and workflows.
  • Identify and implement system enhancements and integrations to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead systems upgrades, migrations, and other projects as needed.
  • Provide training and support to users to maximize the effectiveness of revenue systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of revenue system processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in revenue systems and recommend improvements to enhance operations.
