Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety requirements and procedures.
Work cooperatively with supervisors and other members of the production team.
Assist with additional fabrication and shop duties as needed.

This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently in a team environment, and can consistently produce high-quality welds while meeting production deadlines.

Your New Role
As a Production Welder, you will work as part of our fabrication team producing structural and miscellaneous steel components while maintaining Bowman Steel’s standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
Your responsibilities will include:
