  • 3+ years Manufacturing experience
  • Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma Green Belt
Responsibilities
  • Perform Final Inspections as necessary
  • Address internal requests to initiate Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) in a timely manner and keep the total number of open NCRs below target.
  • Support the Shop Floor with any Quality related requests.
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive the implementation of mistake proofing to eliminate and preventative actions
  • Complete a “5-Why” for any “Repeat” or “Escape” non-conformance.
  • File and maintain Quality documentation as units are produced.
  • Provide maintained Quality documentation upon request.
  • Analyze existing operations and propose cost justified improvements.
  • Create Certificates of Conformance when needed.
  • Make requested changes to ISO documentation.
  • Support ISO 9001 audit preparation and other various audit preparations.
  • Implement any relevant Quality checks and measures.
  • Mark and tag defective hardware as necessary.
  • Create customer Quality documentation binders when required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
