  • Build productive working relationships across Highlands College to strengthen collaboration and improve communications execution.
  • Maintain understanding of institutional initiatives, events, campaigns, announcements, and priorities requiring Strategic Communications support; ensure communications functions are engaged at the appropriate stage and understand their responsibilities.
  • Identify gaps in information, ownership, approvals, resources, or execution plans; coordinate dependencies so digital media, editorial content, internal communications, external communications, and other functions remain aligned.
  • Create project briefs and supporting documentation when needed; conduct final operational checks to confirm deliverables, owners, approvals, and distribution or activation plans are in place.
