  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, online advertising, or digital media.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player able to work with diverse work styles.
  • Flexible, start-up mindset; comfortable stepping in where needed.
Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts, assist in creating media plans, and support the workflow from initial client contact through campaign execution.
  • Build and track Insertion Orders against pre-defined media plans.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring pipeline and sales activity are tracked and actionable.
  • Coordinate client pitches, meetings, and events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials that help secure new business
  • Partner with ad operations and creative teams to schedule campaigns, monitor delivery, and gather client assets.
  • Generate performance reports and support revenue forecasting.
