Responsibilities
  • Deliver the full range of consultancy work while developing consultancy skills through on-the-job learning and the structured development and mentoring programme.
  • Collaborate with industry experts during the first 18 months to address complex problems in the sectors Steer serves.
  • Participate in formal classroom training, induction sessions, and rotations across practices.
  • Undertake personalised development covering industry knowledge, core consultancy skills, technical training, project management, and business skills.
  • Participate in onboarding activities, including meeting peers, personal development planning, and learning about Steer and its work and culture.
Desired Qualifications
  • A degree with a quantitative or research element is preferred but not essential.
  • Academic disciplines of particular interest include Geography, Transport, Mathematics, Statistics, Design, Engineering, Economics, Politics, and related fields.
