  • Tech-savvy - advanced knowledge of G Suite

Responsibilities
  • Help plan events, volunteer opportunities, and happy hours and work with Oakland and distributed teams to build a connection between offices
  • Support development of innovative office programs that foster a rich culture of connection, collaboration, productivity and fun in ThredUp offices
  • Main point of contact for all communications to the Scottsdale office team including event info and company wide memos
  • Assist with People Team projects and implementation of new tools as needed
  • Manage office needs such as scheduling, coordinating with vendors, keeping the office organized, lunch pick up or errands, coordination with building maintenance, and ordering supplies as needed
  • Onsite visitor coordination and interview management
  • Manage our employee meal & coffee program by stocking and monitoring lunch gift cards
  • Respond to inquiries from property management team and relay information to teams
  • Receive packages and mail, support facilities projects
