About the job
- A trained electrician, installation technician, or similar hands-on background.
- A strong eye for alignment, secure mounting, and clean cabling.
- Comfort troubleshooting a local area network and understanding basic networking, including Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol versus static Internet Protocol addresses.
- Confidence using standard operating procedures, work orders, and technical documentation.
- Comfort working on-site with customers and solving problems in person.
- A valid driver's license and current passport.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, crouch, climb, work with hand tools, and work at heights with proper equipment and across temperature-controlled environments.
- Must pass client security and background checks.
- Lead physical installations by mounting sensors, routing cables, and configuring gateways to a high standard of craftsmanship.
- Verify connectivity through Internet Protocol assignments, ping tests, and signal checks, ensuring every device leaves the site with a reliable cloud connection.
- Execute Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification protocols and produce audit-ready documentation.
- Hand off a fully functioning, fully documented system to the Validation Team.
- Travel approximately 70% across the United States and Canada, with regular trips to the Copenhagen headquarters.
- Adapt work practices across cleanrooms, production floors, -80°C freezers, and busy logistics hubs.
- An IPAF PAL card (3a/3b), or willingness to obtain one within 30 days.
- Experience in Good Practice (GxP), pharmaceutical, food production, or laboratory environments.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or Good Distribution Practice (GDP) protocols, or cleanroom etiquette.
