  • At least 5 years of working experience on operation, management, and strategic planning in one or more international social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Formulate the priority and growth focus of platforms and regions based on the comprehensive evaluation of competitive product analysis, project operation status, market potential, data analysis, etc.
  • Formulate social media growth goals, and work closely with social media and player operations teams to assist and promote the achievement of goals
  • Set periodic goals for social media and player teams, promote different regions and different business teams, and strive for platform resources for different teams through good communication skills
  • Generate the periodic growth reports, including but not limited to weekly reports, monthly reports, and version reports
  • Analyze social media and self-owned platform data, gain insight into problems and target user preferences, output optimization strategies, and improve platform conversion rate and exposure value
  • Work closely with the web product and development teams to advance and improve the infrastructure of activities such as fission, and improve the efficiency of growth activities. Optimize various activity indicators through web technology, and improve the conversion rate under the premise of equal stage exposure
