  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university
  • 5+ years of work experience in human resources operations and technology
  • Knowledge of compensation practices inclusive of year end recommendation, compensation market data survey process
  • 5+ years of working on large scale, complex projects as well as managing small to medium scale projects
  • 5+ years of testing experience including preparations, executing and defect management
  • 3+ years of professional experience with Workday
  • Experience working in the agile method a plus
Responsibilities
  • Manage Total Rewards initiatives impacting business processes
  • Support the planning and executing applicable cyclical processes such as Year End Compensation recommendation process, compensation market data survey process, etc.
  • Consult to develop and prepare documentation of business requirements for Total Rewards needs/solutions
  • Prepare UAT scripts, conduct UAT, assist with defect management and conduct retesting
  • Assist with production validation after changes are implemented
  • Create and maintain employee, manager and HRBP Workday job aids
  • Create and maintain People Central content related to Total Rewards
  • Assist with Workday “change management” resources (tooltips, Smart pages, help text, announcements)
  • At times may also support non Total Rewards processes

  • Technologically savvy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and VISIO
