- Perform on-site trade coordination and management.
- Coordinate material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
- Interact continuously with field supervision.
- Manage cost and design issues, including change orders, requests for information, and document updates.
- Support overall project management and project success.
- Read and understand construction design documents and specifications.
- Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
- Manage and coordinate trades overall, with some exposure to building information modeling.
- Willingness to relocate as needed.
