Requirements
- Ability to work closely with an analytics team to address uncertain data and ambiguous business challenges.
- Ability to extrapolate and validate data and produce reports, including professional-level graphs and charts.
- Ability to recognize trends and patterns in data and use them to draw conclusions that support business decisions.
- Ability to work with external customers and team members on business problems and help identify new opportunities through research and analysis.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, concise documents.
- Understanding of analytics and root cause analysis, with the ability to communicate drivers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data mining and analytic tools such as Access, SQL, SAS, SPSS, or R.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau to organize and visualize large datasets.
- Familiarity with modeling techniques and statistics, including regression and cluster analysis.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field such as Analytics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Risk Management, Finance, Business, or Computer Science.
