Requirements
- At least one year of experience as an aquatics coordinator or equivalent experience.
- Current National Lifeguard certification and current General First Aid/AED training.
- Leadership, responsibility, initiative, autonomy, planning, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the lifeguard team and plan weekly schedules.
- Participate in hiring lifeguards.
- Coordinate aquatics operations with the municipality.
- Monitor swimmers and enforce pool regulations.
- Maintain the pool, including water quality, pool tower and ladder cleaning, and vacuuming.
- Administer first aid and perform water rescues when necessary.
- Participate in assigned tasks, training, and development activities.
