Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members.
  • Advise and support customers on parapharmacy, dermo-cosmetics, and dietetics product ranges, ensuring quality service and personalized attention.
  • Develop sales and build customer loyalty through a relevant and attractive offering.
  • Manage supply, including orders, deliveries, inventory tracking, and product presentation.
  • Manage the department's operating account and contribute to its economic performance.
  • Implement the retailer's commercial policy and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and working-condition standards.
