Job Summary

Sales Managers is selling PMS products and value to Korea Life Sciences Market. The position will focus on generating direct customers and need to develop business strategy.  Although the business is based in Korea, their functions must be accomplished in close collaboration with other functional groups (Marketing, R&D, Operations, etc.) while viewing the market as a global entity

What will you do? (Responsibilities)

Manages all direct accounts for the life Science market as assigned to improve their sales and customer satisfaction.  Sell PMS Sterility Assurance solution to high end Life Sciences accounts, esp. recurring business like advisory services, software solutions and consumables. Work closely with WW PLM Managers and other functions like Marketing, customer Service & Application Engineers to create and execute territory plan with focusing on strategic customers in Korea. Understand the industry requirement and Business nature through situational fluency and in depth understanding of the Life Science markets. Fully understand PMS capabilities in manufacturing, quality and supply chain.  Create plans to grow revenues with the current portfolio, and actively communicate new market and customer opportunities into PMS. Understand and manage accounts using CRM. Develop account strategies for customer satisfaction, revenue and margin growth and long-term relationships. Regular Base Order and revenue Forecast. Develop competitive, market analysis report. Understand customer cost of ownership models to execute on value pricing opportunities. Developing relationships at key technical decision/influential customers. Managing critical projects and initiatives with our key customers. Providing frequent communication to the global organization regarding status of the business. Required PMS Product, sales, and ethic Training for channels

What do we expect from you?

• Must have

Bachelor degree or above in biotechnology, chemistry, biology or related technology fields required. Minimum 10 years sales in Biotechnology/ Pharmaceuticals, Laboratory Research and Diagnostic industries with Foreign (US/EU) companies. GMP knowledge & Regulations. Fluent in English. Track records in successfully selling new offering/solutions in key account; Develop and maintain senior relationships within key accounts. Result driven, passionate and resilient.
