About the job
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and tuberculosis test.
- Professional references must be verified.
- Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes.

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

- Provide medication reminders to help clients stay on schedule.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist with light housekeeping.
- Run errands as needed.
- Follow individualized care plans, promptly report significant changes, and support clients' safety and ability to remain at home.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in home care, healthcare, and/or customer service is ideal.
