Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies, social media management, and event coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to perform basic research and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Army Community Service programs and services within the Rheinland-Pfalz community.
- Collaborate with Army Community Service teams to create promotional materials, manage social media platforms, and organize events to enhance community engagement.
- Assist working groups and committees within Army Community Service Rheinland-Pfalz by contributing to the planning, coordination, and facilitation of meetings, workshops, and events.
- Compile meeting minutes, action items, and recommendations to support effective collaboration and implementation of initiatives.
- Conduct basic research on community needs, preferences, and trends to inform new Army Community Service services and improve existing programs.
- Perform data analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of Army Community Service initiatives, and present findings through reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with Army Community Service teams, leadership, and external partners to support seamless service delivery.
- Maintain open communication channels to gather input, share insights, and foster collaboration.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to Army Community Service operations, including maintaining records, tracking budgets, and managing resource allocation for marketing campaigns and events.
- Act as a point of contact for community members seeking information about Army Community Service services.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and direct individuals to appropriate resources.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and innovative approaches to better serve the Army Community Service Rheinland-Pfalz community.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of German.
- Previous experience in community outreach, customer service, or program support.
