Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
Recommend and sell additional services, including indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, and system upgrades, to improve system performance and customer satisfaction.
Build customer relationships and represent the company by understanding and exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.
Maintain the company vehicle, including refueling it, reporting mechanical issues, and submitting a monthly vehicle inspection form.
Maintain appropriate stock of parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Participate in paid training that the company determines relevant to the HVAC technician role; training may take place outside normal work hours.
