- Hold an AEC, DEC, university certificate, or first-cycle degree in computer science or an equivalent discipline.
- For diplomas obtained outside Canada, provide a comparative evaluation from MIFI and attach a copy of the diploma to the submission.
- Demonstrate excellent spoken and written French.
- Have experience as a functional analyst maintaining, evolving, and developing information systems using a relational database management system.
- Have experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Designer, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Java, HTML/CSS, XML/JSON, Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Discoverer, and Power BI.
- Have experience migrating information assets to Azure.
- Have experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect, Bizagi, and Draw.io.
- Have experience in change management or supporting business teams.
- Perform functional analysis.
- Write or revise functional specifications.
- Write or revise the operations manual.
- Perform programming and unit testing.
- Perform functional and integration testing.
- Deploy the system to production.
- Write the user guide.
