Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage and publish engaging content across web, email, and social channels to keep our brand voice consistent and compelling.
  • Audit, edit, and standardize creative assets, copy, and metadata to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Maintain and update 360 content calendars and dashboards to track deadlines, campaign performance, and publishing accuracy.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to refine creative strategy, ensuring data-driven decisions are made on what content performs and why.
  • Coordinate asset delivery and ensure content accuracy during peak promotional periods when it matters most.
  • Explore and contribute to the adoption of AI tools in digital marketing, enhancing efficiency and campaign performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bonus: Experience with design platforms (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) and analytics tools; familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
