  • A high school diploma or equivalent and at least six years of experience in banking, deposits, account servicing, or other directly related experience are required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services is required.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored service to law firms, legal professionals, and fiduciary clients within the Juris Banking Division.
  • Manage a portfolio of specialty deposit accounts, including escrow, qualified settlement fund administration, and DACA accounts.
  • Serve as the point of contact for new and existing specialty deposits, providing accurate and timely responses to requests, transactions, account openings and closings, and other client requests while maintaining service-level agreements, managing risk, and adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
  • Document client interactions through the bank’s customer relationship management platform and work with sales, relationship management, client service and operations employees, and the legal department to onboard, service, and manage specialty deposits.
  • Manage the escrow deposit portfolio for Juris Banking escrow accounts.
  • Provide initial reviews of client-provided escrow agreements and change requests to approved template agreements for feasibility, risk, responsibilities, and expectations, and determine whether internal counsel review is necessary.
  • Work with the Relationship Manager, Juris Banking Director of Deposit Operations, Specialty Deposit Operations, Treasury Management Sales, and the legal team to execute appropriate agreements and establish accounts, including assistance with collecting onboarding documentation.
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors as needed to service escrow accounts.
  • Maintain the customer relationship management database, including calls and relationship results, and provide reports to relationship managers as required.
  • Act as the primary contact for escrow parties, providing timely client service and communication.
  • Manage deposits, distributions, and tracking as required by escrow agreements.
  • Maintain transaction accuracy and completion and retain documents for internal audit reviews; ensure fees are properly disclosed and assessed through placement into the appropriate product and assignment of a price plan, as applicable.
  • Ensure funds are properly insured through IntraFi and government-backed funds as needed for enhanced insurance.
  • Assist the Juris Banking operations team with monthly certifications of bank-controlled escrow accounts as needed.
  • Understand business implications of decisions, demonstrate knowledge of market and competition, and align work with strategic goals.
  • Communicate opportunities for efficiency through process improvement and automation.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by considering others’ views, giving and welcoming feedback, and supporting team spirit.
Desired Qualifications

McNally Industries secures debt financing from Western Alliance Bank with Cascadia Capital advising

McNally Industries, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer of precision-machined components for defense and industrial applications, has secured debt financing from Western Alliance Bank. The financing will refinance McNally's existing facility. Founded in 1942 and headquartered in Grantsburg, McNally designs and manufactures complex assemblies and hydro-mechanical systems for mission-critical applications. The company serves a blue-chip customer base with an average tenure exceeding 20 years. Cascadia Capital acted as exclusive financial adviser to McNally, a portfolio company of Susquehanna Growth Equity. Following exclusivity, McNally closed its new facility with Western Alliance in two weeks. The financing provides McNally with flexibility to execute its growth strategy and deliver on its record backlog.

Hadrian closes $360M credit facility to expand US manufacturing footprint

Hadrian has closed a $360 million revolving credit facility to expand its US manufacturing infrastructure and meet production targets for defence and aerospace programmes. Morgan Stanley Senior Funding served as lead arranger, with joint lead arrangers including Western Alliance Bank, J.P. Morgan, and First Citizens Bank. The financing follows Hadrian's $1.37 billion Series D fundraise announced last week, which valued the advanced manufacturing company at $7.87 billion. The credit facility will support buildout of Hadrian's factory network and machinery investments. Hadrian currently operates four facilities totalling nearly 3 million square feet in California, Arizona, and Alabama, with additional sites under development. The company builds highly automated factories combining robotics and AI for space and defence manufacturers.

Western Alliance launches WA VenueX for round-the-clock dollar settlement. Western Alliance Bank revealed on Friday that it has formally launched WA VenueX, an institutional platform offering real-time US dollar liquidity and support for digital asset activity within a regulated banking environment. The Phoenix-based commercial bank, which holds more than $90 billion in assets, said that its WA VenueX Network provides 24/7 dollar instant settlement for approved institutional digital asset businesses. Since an initial rollout earlier this year, the network has processed billions of dollars in transaction volume across stablecoin minting and redemption, institutional settlement and real-time liquidity rebalancing. The launch places Western Alliance among a small group of regulated US financial institutions offering always-on infrastructure for institutional digital asset markets. Further capabilities, including digital asset custody, financing, tokenisation and programmable financial services, are said to be in development and will be introduced in phases. "Western Alliance Bank is always looking for innovative ways to better serve our clients while advancing the S-curve funding growth strategy we outlined at our Investor Day in May," stated Dale Gibbons, vice chairman and chief banking officer, deposit initiatives and innovation. He added that the platform also supported the bank's deposit remixing efforts and a more diversified source of funding. David Fragale, senior managing director of the bank's digital assets group, said WA VenueX "brings together real-time USD settlement and a roadmap toward integrated digital asset capabilities within a single platform." The bank noted that it launched the platform with nearly five years of digital asset banking experience and about 150 institutional clients, including stablecoin issuers, exchanges and trading firms. The network is currently available to select clients, with integration supported via API.
