About the job
- Completed technical vocational training, for example as a mechatronics technician, agricultural or construction machinery technician, or automotive/truck technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, experience in technical customer service or service; candidates changing careers with a technical or electrical/electronic background are also welcome.
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and enjoy direct customer contact.
- Willingness to serve customers in eastern, central, and southern Germany and participate in on-call duty.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a Class B driver's license.
- Start assignments from home and independently provide reliable service for modern railway technology directly at customer sites.
- Serve customers in eastern, central, and southern Germany.
- Experience in technical customer service or service is ideal.
