- Compile records of extra onboard earnings, including awards, bonuses, and other performance-based incentives.
- Address and resolve seafarer and owner queries regarding seafarer earnings and deductions.
- Process RJB.
- Maintain effective communication with vessels and seafarers regarding claims and extra earnings.
