- Ensure the right workers are booked onto suitable shifts through end-to-end order staffing.
- Screen workers and monitor their performance on an ongoing basis to match customers with suitable talent.
- Provide telephone and written support to workers as their central point of contact.
- Work with an Operations Manager as the operational interface for delivery and quality for enterprise customers.
- Use Aircall, Google Suite, Slack, and internally developed tools.
