Production Administrative Assistant
About the job
- A high school degree or GED is required.
- One to two years of administrative assistant experience is preferred.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be positive and motivated, with strong communication skills.
- Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must have strong oral and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to see and read reports, data, statistics, and information on computer screens.
- Must regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day.
- Provide administrative support for timekeeping.
- Create weekly job packs.
- Create and close purchase orders.
- Ensure office equipment is in working order, including scheduling maintenance.
- Set and confirm installation dates.
- Mail customer information packets.
- Follow up with customers on a variety of issues.
- Update customer records for accuracy.
- Handle workflow for customer service calls and interactions with production and service technicians.
- Support the administrative needs of a busy customer-service-based industry.
- Provide great customer experiences and service by serving people and solving problems.
