  • Lead development of proposal sections covering program management, organizational structure, governance, and performance management.
  • Validate that proposed maintenance, supply chain, quality, safety, and subcontractor strategies are operationally executable within cost, schedule, and regulatory constraints.
  • Collaborate with the Transition Manager to integrate the transition approach with the steady-state execution plan.
  • Coordinate with pricing, contracts, human resources, supply chain, information technology, property, and platform subject-matter experts to develop realistic, performance-driven labor ramp profiles, indirect support structures, and management controls.
  • Participate in solutioning sessions and Black Hat reviews to assess incumbent performance risks, staffing considerations, aircraft divestment complexities, and customer fleet sustainment demands.
  • Support Pink, Red, and Gold color-team reviews, incorporating evaluator-focused refinements and ensuring compliance with the Performance Work Statement and Section L/M requirements.
  • Ensure proposed key performance indicators, aircraft availability metrics, readiness thresholds, safety controls, and reporting structures are measurable, contract-aligned, and executable from Day One.
  • Maintain traceability between proposal commitments and post-award management processes to minimize performance risk and protect potential award fees.
  • Upon award, convert proposal artifacts into executable program management baselines, including staffing plans, governance boards, reporting cadences, and risk registers.

About the Company

V2X

Defense aerospace logistics, maintenance, and training

V2X is a public company that provides mission-critical aerospace and defense support services. Its offerings include logistics, maintenance, supply chain management, and training for military and government aircraft, ensuring operators stay mission-ready. The company works by delivering end-to-end aftermarket support—spares, repairs, logistics planning, and training programs—through a global network and contracts with national security agencies, notably the U.S. Department of Defense. V2X differentiates itself through strategic growth via acquisitions (notably Vertex Aerospace in 2018 and Raytheon’s defense training business in 2021, followed by a merger with Vectrus in 2022) to build a broad, integrated portfolio and scale its capabilities. Its goal is to be a leading, globally supported provider of defense and security solutions that keeps aviation assets ready and its clients prepared for mission requirements.
