Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage is preferred.
- Floor management experience and budget proficiency are required competencies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a fun atmosphere.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting the guest experience.
- Clean the location.
- Validate compliance and training.
- Act as Manager on Duty.
- Report product and service issues.
- Maintain inventory quality.
- Check in deliveries.
- Complete extensive training across all departments to learn all aspects of the business.
