Housing Specialist
About the job
- A GED or High School Diploma or an Associate degree is required.
- CASAC-T certification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with the population in a residential setting or related field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs is required.
- Provide case management services to a caseload of up to 15.
- Manage and develop systems in the facility.
- Complete all paperwork for charting as required by the funding source.
- Conduct groups periodically or as directed by management.
- Provide housing assistance to clients.
- Complete housing assessments and referrals.
- Complete HRA 2010-E forms (CAPS).
- Attend management trainings, team meetings, and staff meetings.
- Provide assistance within the facility where needed.
- Perform other duties as required by the Clinical Supervisor.
- A CASAC credential or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
