Requirements
  • Hold an AEC, Diploma of College Studies, university certificate, or first-cycle degree in computer science or an equivalent discipline.
  • For a diploma obtained outside Canada, provide a comparative evaluation from MIFI.
  • Attach a copy of the diploma to the submission.
  • Demonstrate excellent spoken and written French.
  • Have experience as a functional analyst maintaining, evolving, and developing information systems with relational database management systems.
  • Have backend development experience with .NET C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Devart, and SharePoint Online.
  • Have frontend development experience with Angular 14 or later, RxJS, and Bootstrap.
  • Have experience with REST web API services.
  • Have experience with Visual Studio Code and Visual Studio, and testing tools including NUnit, MSTest, and Cucumber (Gherkin).
  • Have source-code management experience with Azure DevOps (Git), GitHub, and SVN.
  • Have database-environment experience with Oracle (PL/SQL) and PostgreSQL.
  • Have experience with OAuth and OpenID Connect authentication systems.
  • Have experience migrating information assets to Azure.
  • Have the ability to act as a team leader or project-delivery lead.
  • Provide the required diploma copy, or MIFI evaluation for a diploma obtained outside Canada, with the submission.
Responsibilities
  • Perform functional analysis.
  • Write or revise functional specifications.
  • Write or revise the operations manual.
  • Perform programming and unit testing.
  • Perform functional and integration testing.
  • Deploy the system to production.
  • Write the user guide.
  • Produce the analysis file, functional files, operations manual, test specifications and data, integrated-test report, production-deployment plan, user manual, anomaly register, product backlog, operational procedures and user guide, scripts, web services, metadata, catalog, tracking documents, and presentations.
