What You'll Do

As an Economic Mobility Concierge, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants throughout their workforce development journey.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify employment goals, barriers, strengths, and support needs.
• Develop individualized service plans and career pathways to help participants achieve self-sufficiency.
• Provide ongoing case management, coaching, and follow-up services.
• Connect participants with employment opportunities, education, training programs, and supportive services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS).
• Monitor participant progress and ensure compliance with program requirements and funding regulations.
• Collaborate with employers, training providers, community partners, and internal staff to support participant success.
• Assist participants in accessing resources related to housing, transportation, childcare, financial stability, and other barriers to employment.
• Stay informed about workforce development trends, community resources, and regulatory updates affecting service delivery.
