Hexaware receives five 2026 Brandon Hall Group(TM) HCM Excellence Awards(R).

Hexaware receives five 2026 Brandon Hall Group(TM) HCM Excellence Awards(R). The five wins span certification, learning strategy, blended learning, talent development, and AI in recruitment Hexaware Technologies [NSE: HEXT], an AI-first digital and IT services company, has received five honors at the 2026 Brandon Hall Group(TM) HCM Excellence Awards(R), with four gold awards and one bronze. The HCM Excellence Awards(R) recognize HR and learning programs for their design, innovation, adoption, and business results. Hexaware was recognized across five categories: * Best Certification Program (Gold): SONIC, Hexaware's enterprise certification program, helps employees build skills aligned to their roles. It maps 1,000+ certifications to 800 roles; employees completed 44,742 in 2025, including 9,393 advanced AI certifications. * Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program (Gold): SONIC also gives employees different ways to develop beyond certification, through AI-guided learning, instructor-led programs, hackathons, and peer learning. In 2025, 81% of Hexaware's technology workforce completed digital training. * Best Learning Strategy (Gold): Mavericks, Hexaware's campus talent development strategy, helps graduates move from college to project work through structured and hands-on learning. It cut time-to-deploy 30%, certified 432 engineers and reached 10,000+ students in over 30 colleges. * Best Use of Blended Learning (Gold): Segue, Hexaware's blended learning program for campus hires, combines self-paced and instructor-led learning with projects, peer learning, gamification, and AI personalization. It grew from 200 to 3,200+ learners, raised offer acceptance 30%, cut time-to-productivity 25%, and improved retention 15%. * Best Use of AI for Talent Acquisition (Bronze): Hexaware uses AI across sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, with human oversight and bias controls built in. The approach cut time-to-hire 25-40%, recruitment costs up to 35%, external portal reliance 30-50% and delivered 2-3x first-year ROI. Satyendu Mohanty, EVP & Global Head - Talent Management, Hexaware, said, "The advantage comes from seeing talent development as a continuum, from how people enter the organization to how they build depth, move across roles, and stay relevant as the work changes." Vinod Chandran, Chief Operating Officer, Hexaware, added, "Workforce readiness has to move at the pace of technology and client demand. These programs give us a more systematic way to build capability ahead of need and deploy it faster." "Every year, the HCM Excellence Awards(R) remind us that innovation is ultimately about impact. The organizations recognized this year have demonstrated that great HR and learning strategies don't just improve programs, they strengthen organizations, empower people, and deliver measurable business results. We are honored to celebrate their achievements," said Rachel Cooke, COO of Brandon Hall Group(TM) and HCM Excellence Awards(R) Program Leader. Hexaware collaborates on Project NANDA Fellowship to build the future of AI Agents. 15 Sep, 2026, 10:40 IST Three-month, fully remote program invites developers worldwide to help build the open-source infrastructure powering the Internet of AI Agents MUMBAI, India, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT), a global provider of IT solutions and services, today announced its collaboration with Project NANDA Fellowship, a three-month, fully remote AI fellowship program that gives developers direct, hands-on experience building open-source infrastructure for the emerging Internet of AI Agents. The fellowship is hosted by FAN, the umbrella program behind Project NANDA, and is supported by Hexaware as part of the company's participation in the open agentic web ecosystem. The program is built around one of the defining technical challenges of the coming decade: how autonomous AI agents discover, verify, and coordinate with one another at scale within agentic AI workflows. Fellows contribute directly to Project NANDA, an initiative that originated at the MIT Media Lab and is building the foundational infrastructure, standards, and reference implementations for an open, decentralized Internet of AI Agents. Their work feeds into Project NANDA's open-source community and advances components such as agent discovery, verifiable identity, and secure coordination across organizational boundaries. The inaugural cohort brings together more than 10 Fellows, drawn from a mix of Hexaware engineers and external developers selected from a global applicant pool. Participants receive a competitive stipend, direct mentorship, and the opportunity to ship code that becomes part of live, open-source agentic infrastructure rather than a classroom exercise. By keeping the cohort small, the program preserves close mentorship and meaningful contribution for every Fellow. For Hexaware, the association reflects a twofold objective: helping to train the next generation of AI infrastructure engineers and contributing to the open agentic web and the broader open-source community advancing it. The initiative complements Hexaware's own investments in agentic AI, including its AI delivery layer, Zerovity(TM). It also extends the company's engagement with the research and developer communities shaping how AI agents will operate in production. Applications and eligibility Applications for the Project NANDA Fellowship are now open to developers worldwide. Candidates can apply through the link shared below. The priority review deadline is September 19, 2026; applications received by that date are given priority consideration. Hexaware shares fall nearly 4% as CEO steps down.

Hexaware shares fall nearly 4% as CEO steps down. September 3, 2026 Hexaware Technologies shares fell as much as 4% on Thursday, touching a day low of Rs 519.20, after the company said its CEO is stepping down. Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan resigned as CEO and whole-time director, with the exit taking effect from October 28. He had led Hexaware for 12 years, since July 2014, and his term was originally meant to run until March 2028. He is leaving about 16 months early to pursue personal interests. In his resignation letter, he said the company had seen "meaningful transformation" during his time in charge. He will stay on afterward as a senior advisor to help with the handover. Taking his place is Vivek Jetley, who joins Hexaware from EXL, where he currently serves as president overseeing the insurance, healthcare and life sciences businesses. Jetley will hold the CEO role for a four year term starting October 28, bringing over 25 years of experience across AI, data and enterprise transformation work. This isn't a great moment for the stock either way. Hexaware had already cut its 2026 revenue growth guidance to a range of 6% to 7%, down from an earlier target of at least 7.6%, pointing to slower deal ramp-ups and weaker macro conditions. Even so, the company kept its EBIT margin guidance unchanged at 13% to 14%. Hexaware has also been talking up an AI strategy meant to open new revenue streams rather than just chase market share. At 11:30 am, Hexaware was trading at Rs 524.10 on the NSE, down 3.59% for the day. The stock sits well below its listing price of Rs 708 and is now down close to 31% for the year.
